Constantiakruin started an English outreach 15 years ago and it has grown into a multi-cultural community of people from various walks of life that embrace each other with true love in Christ and continue to grow in the Way; our Lord, Jesus.
Our minister is Rev. Barend Buys and we have recently started a Sunday school with six little children (Let the little children come to Me) and two babies.
We are situated in the Chapel, on the grounds of Constantiakruin DR church, north of the main church building and west of the main entrance to Constantia Kloof Primary school in Yolande Street, off Liebenberg Street, Constantia Kloof. The main door to the Chapel is on the east side, from Yolande Street and there is another door through the church parking area on the west side of the building. This foyer leads past the church offices to your right and the Personnel room to your left.
Our service is at 10:00 am on Sunday mornings and is very relaxed. People greet and share at the beginning of each service and are invited to stay for refreshments after the service. This enables more interaction and support for our members and opportunities for visitors to be welcomed.
We have a fine band that leads us in Worship, a Cry room for the babies and excellent media coverage during the service. There are Ministries that we can join, The Prayer ministry, Help & Hope outreach to the needy where food and clothing is distributed, holiday camps for the kids and etc. Our congregation is most welcome and encouraged to become part of these.
There is a Bible study cell group that meets in the Personnel room out of the foyer of the Chapel that runs from 18:00 – 20:00 on Thursday evenings.
While we are a separate entity in terms of our Minister and congregation, we are still part of the Constantiakruin family and are welcome to join in with the various functions, musical events and celebrations that they hold.
